HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?
We always Quote for at least an hour of service. The time it takes us truly depends upon the complexity of the job at hand. Moving built in appliances, or difficult to reach spaces can sometimes make our job take longer than if the Appliance is easily accessible.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, E-transfer and Cash.
We do not currently accept Cheques.
WHAT COSTS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SERVICE?
Cost associated with our services include but are not limited to: Call Out Service Charge (One time fee), Labour, Parts, Shipping and Handling, and Out of City Mileage.

All costs associated with Mileage, Labour, Parts, and Shipping are dependant upon warranty status, Special rush parts ordering, and the cost of travel for long distance service outside of the city of Calgary.
DO YOU PERFORM SERVICES IN MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY?
We do warranty for all manufacturers listed here with the exception of Miele. We do not do warranty for Miele.
